DEPOSIT / GUARANTEE

Dogwood Canyon requires a non-refundable 50% deposit with the return of the signed contract. Wedding Dates and Locations can only be held for one week in conjunction to a contract being issued and cannot be held longer than the due date noted on the contract. Your wedding date is confirmed once a signed contract and deposit has been returned within the due date required. Remaining wedding balance is due 3 days prior to the event.

GUIDELINES

• No outside food or beverage allowed on grounds
• No smoking or alcohol permitted in the Chapel
• All music must end at 10:00pm to include bands, DJs, and other musical entertainment to meet noise curfew
• Any outside vendors must provide company insurance liability policy, driver’s license, & car insurance
• All guests must be transported by Tram to the Chapel (exception of Bride & Groom, & vendors)
• All vendors and bridal clients must provide a schedule of arrival and departure to and from DWC to the wedding planner and upon arrival must first check-in at the DWC General Store
• Thunder Falls waterfall pictures may only be taken in conjunction with a Carriage Ride. Photographer may follow carriage in personal vehicle, but no other parties or vehicles are permitted on the grounds past the Chapel.
• No tacks, tape, nails, etc can be used on any space at DWC and only drip-less candles will be permitted in the Chapel 
• Only Bubbles, Butterflies, Birdseed, & Real Flower Petals may be used at end of ceremony outside
• All personal decorations of the client must be taken upon departure from DWC
• Any damages to the function space or grounds will be charged directly to the client upon Big Cedar Management’s discretion
• $50 bartender fee per hour will apply to all Bars at DWC. Alcohol must be purchased by the bottle and cannot be charged by consumption.
